Cook traditional Gujarati style Potato, Cauliflower and Pea Curry at home with this carefully blended spice mix...

1 medium Cauliflower, cut into florets
 Potatoes - 250g diced
 120g frozen Peas
 2 tbsps Sunflower/Vegetable Oil
 2 tomatoes, diced
 Salt to taste
 Green Chillies - 1 tsp chopped
 Garlic - 2 tsp crushed
 Pinch of Ginger - 1½ tsp chopped
 Fresh Coriander - handful
 Curry Cuisine - Aloo Gobi Matar - 1 pack


• Place the Oil in a pan and heat. Add the Cauliflower and Potatoes and stir. Keep over a medium heat.

• Add the Garlic, Ginger, Green Chillies and Curry Cuisine Aloo Gobi Matar Spice Mix, stir and cook for a few minutes.

• Add the fresh Tomatoes, Coriander and Peas, and stir.

• Cover and cook over a low heat until the vegetables are cooked (15-20 minutes).

Serve with Chapattis or as a side dish.
