Ingredients: | Potatoes - 4 | |
| Peas - 1 cup | |
| Onions - 2 | |
| Tomatoes - 2 | |
| Smooth Yogurt - ½ cup | |
| Cumin seeds - 1 tsp | |
| Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp | |
| Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp | |
| Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp | |
| Garam Masala - 1 tsp | |
| Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp | |
| Oil - 2 tbsp | |
| Salt - to taste | |
Method: | • Boil Potatoes and Peas and keep aside. When cooled, peel the skin of the Potatoes and cut into cubes.
• Grind Onions and Tomatoes to a smooth paste in mixer and keep aside.
• Heat Oil in a pan, add Cumin Seeds, Ginger & Garlic Paste and fry for few minutes. Next add Turmeric Powder, Coriander, Red Chilli and Garam Casala powders and Yogurt. Fry till the Oil separates from the gravy mixture.
• Add boiled Peas and Potato cubes. Mix well with some Salt and bring it to boil. Slowly add water to get the desired consistency.
Garnish with chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves. |
