Fast, Tasty and Pure Joy in asparagus season...

Ingredients:

Asparagus Spears, trimmed - 24
 
 Rapeseed Oil - 2 tbsps
 
 Lime, quartered - 1
 
 Sea Salt - to taste
 
 Black Pepper - to taste
 
 Horners Aftermath Chilli Jam or Thaitalian Tingler Chilli Jam - 50 g 

Method:

• Pre-heat the BBQ to a very high heat.

• In a large bowl, conmbine the asparagus spears with the rapeseed oil, sea salt and black pepper. Mix thoroughly to coat the asparagus.

• Place the asparagus spears on the BBQ grill, turning every 30 seconds until cooked.

• Pile on to a plate, garnish with the lime wedges and serve with your choice of Chilli Jam, or both even, as a dip.
