Aubergine Peas and Potato Curry is a mild flavoured Curry. The fruity flavour of this dish is perfect for kids. Easy to make Anila's Curry Sauce speeds up your cooking and delicious too!

Ingredients:
Anila's Fruity Mild Curry Sauce
Paneer / Indian Cheese grated - a handful
Green Peas - ½ Cup
Potatoes cubed - 1 Cup
Aubergines cubed - 1 Cup
Water for desired consistency
Method:
• In a Pan, heat the Anila's Fruity Mild Curry Sauce until warm.
• Then add all the Vegetables and mix well.
• Cover and cook for about a minute or two.
• Then add the some Water to attain the desired consistency. Further cook for few minutes until the Vegetables are tender.
• Garnish with Paneer and serve hot with Chapathis , Poppadums and some fresh Salad!
