Ingredients: | Anila's Fruity Mild Curry Sauce

| Paneer / Indian Cheese grated - a handful

| Green Peas - ½ Cup
| |
| Potatoes cubed - 1 Cup

| Aubergines cubed - 1 Cup
| |
| Water for desired consistency

Method: | • In a Pan, heat the Anila's Fruity Mild Curry Sauce until warm.
• Then add all the Vegetables and mix well.
• Cover and cook for about a minute or two.
• Then add the some Water to attain the desired consistency. Further cook for few minutes until the Vegetables are tender.
• Garnish with Paneer and serve hot with Chapathis, Poppadums and some fresh Salad! |
