Nyonya Curry Kit - AyamBy: Ayam Ref: ORI059 385g
This Baba Nyonya recipe is a fusion between Chinese and Malaysian cuisine. It is tangy, aromatic and herbal: less spicy than some Indian or Thai dishes.
Make a Nyonya Curry in 3 easy steps...
The Nyonya Curry Kit contains Coconut Milk (200ml) and Nyonya Curry Paste (185g).
You will also need:
600-800g boneless chicken in pieces
1 sliced onion
100g diced celery
200ml water
Ayam instant noodles
• Combine the curry paste with the water, sliced onion, and celery in a large pan and bring to the boil.
• Add the meat, cover and simmer until cooked.
• Add the coconut milk and stir well until heated through.
Serve with ayam noodles, or if you prefer with rice, pasta or potatoes.
