The spicy Coco Beef (or Rendang) is a traditional festive dish in Indonesia and Malaysia, especially for weddings.

The Rendang Kit contains Coconut Milk (200ml) and Rendang Paste (185g).

You will also need:

600-800g meat in small pieces (beef or chicken)
1 sliced onion
Fresh coriander leaves

• Pour the Rendang paste into a frying pan, add the beef and stir fry over a high heat for 5 minutes.

• Add the coconut milk and the sliced onion.

• Cover the pan and cook over a low heat until the meat is tender and the sauce has thickened (about 25 minutes).

Add the fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
