Ayucare Relaxing Tea is a unique blend of 11 specially selected herbs and spices, including Gotukola and Liquorice, that are renowned in Ayurvedic preperations for their excellent soothing and calming properties.

Preperation:
Pour boiling water into a cup containing tea sachet. Let the sachet infuse for 3 to 5 minutes depending on taste. Add honey to sweeten. Do not add milk.
