The Vegetable Pakora is a spicy Indian snack of which the main ingredients are fresh vegetables. The batter is like a tasty tempura that coats the vegetables.

Each Vegetable Pakora Easy Mix is designed to produce 12 to 15 traditionally spicy snacks and in addition to all the spices and herbs you will need it contains a full step-by-step preparation guide and cooking instructions along with the 'essentials' shopping list of additional ingredients.

The spices and herbs - Gram flour, baking powder, mixed spices, tumeric, chilli powder, crushed chillis and herbs - are blended to produce a medium spiced starter dish.
