The Vegetable Pakora 'Easy Mix' Curry Kit contains all the spices and herbs needed for this flavoursome starters dish for four people, with easy-to-follow full cooking instructions and an essential shopping list of the extra ingredients needed.
The spices and herbs - Gram flour, baking powder, mixed spices, tumeric, chilli powder, crushed chillis and herbs - are blended to produce a medium spice starter dish which takes 10 minutes to prepare and 10 minutes to cook.
