Green Curry Paste - Blue Dragon

Blue Dragon Green Curry Paste is delightfully aromatic with a flavour that is totally Thai!

Suggested recipe: Green Chicken Curry

800g Chicken (skinned, boned and chopped)
1 large Onion (thinly sliced)
1 small Green Pepper (diced)
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 tbsp Blue Dragon Green Curry Paste
400ml Blue Dragon Coconut Milk
Salt to taste

Method:

• Fry the Onion and Green Pepper in the Oil for about 2-minutes. Add the Curry Paste, lower the heat and cook for a further 2-minutes.

• Add the Chicken and stir together over a medium heat for 3-minutes.

• Mix the Coconut Milk well and add to the saucepan, add Salt to taste, bring to the boil then transfer to a casserole dish and cook in a low oven for 1 hour.

• Serve on a bed of Tilda Thai Fragrant Rice.

Ingredients: Water, Shallot, Green Chilli (11%), Sunflower Oil, Garlic, Galangal, Lemon Grass, Shrimp Paste, Kaffir Lime Peel, Salt, Coriander Seed, Citric Acid.
