Red Curry Paste - Blue Dragon

Blue Dragon Red Curry Paste is for those who love a robust Oriental Curry, fiery hot with authentic Thai Spices.

Suggested recipe: Beef Red Curry

800g lean Stewing Steak (cubed)
1 large Onion (thinly sliced)
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 tbsp Blue Dragon Red Curry Paste
1 tbsp Tomato Puree
400ml Blue Dragon Coconut Milk
Salt to taste

Method:

• Put the Onion and the Oil in a saucepan and fry for 2-minutes. Add the Curry Paste, lower the heat and cook for a further 2-minutes.

• Add the Beef and Tomato Paste and stir together over a medium heat for 3-minutes.

• Mix the Coconut Milk well and add to the saucepan, add Salt to taste, bring to the boil then transfer to a casserole dish and cook in a low oven for 1½ hours.

• Serve on a bed of Tilda Thai Fragrant Rice.

Ingredients: Shallot, Water, Sunflower Oil, Garlic, Galangal, Lemon Grass, Dehydrated Red Chilli (4%), Kaffir Lime Peel, Salt, Shrimp Paste, Citric Acid.
