Sugar, Water, Fresh Red Chilli (21%), Fresh Garlic (6%), Pickled Garlic (6%), Salt, Thickener: Modified Tapioca Starch, Acidity Regulator: Acetic Acid, Kaffir Lime (0.2%).

Allergy Warning: Manufactured in a factory that uses sesame.

Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce with Kaffir Lime is an irresistible alternative to the original Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce. Kaffir Lime, or Wild lime, is more aromatic and tangy than a normal lime.

Essential Dipping Sauce for: Spring Rolls, Prawn Crackers & Thai Fish Cakes.
