The Bolst family of Bangalore have been involved in the selection and preparation of Indian food ingredients since 1932. Recipe Suggestion:
• Marinate 500g chicken pieces in 2 tbsps Chicken Tikka Curry Paste, 2 tbsp. yogurt and ½ tbsp lime juice for 2-3 hours or overnight in a refrigerator.
• Grill or BBQ the chicken turning occasionally, until cooked. Place under a hot grill for 1-2 minutes before serving.
Serve hot with Indian Bread or Rice and Bolsts selection of Pickles, Achars or Chutneys.
