Karahi Curry Paste - authentic Bolst's since 1932

The Bolst family of Bangalore have been involved in the selection and preparation of Indian food ingredients since 1932. They have a well-deserved, international reputation for producing fine Curry Powders, Pastes, Pickles, Achars and Chutneys, with many of their products achieving cult status across the world.
Recipe Idea:

• Heat 3 tbsp cooking Oil on medium in a heavy based sauce pan. Add 2 chopped Onions and fry till Golden Brown.

• Add 3 tbsp Bolst's Karahi Curry Paste and fry on low for a minute.

• Add 1 cup Yoghurt, 500g Chicken or Meat, fry on low for 5-minutes.

• Add 1 cup Water, Salt to taste, cover and cook till tender and gravy thickens.

Serve hot, garnished with coriander leaves, with Indian Breads or Rice and Bolsts selection of Pickles, Achars or Chutneys.
Ingredients: Water, Sesame Oil, Tomato Puree, Salt, Peanut Oil, Fennel, Lentil, Onion, Coconut, Acetic Acid, Sugar, Coriander, Citric Acid, Cumin, Cardamom, Cloves, Cinnamon.
