Recipe Suggestions:

• Marinade 500g meat/fish/vegetables with 1 tbsp Bolst's curry paste for 5 minutes.

• Meanwhile fry 1 sliced onion in 2 tbsps cooking oil over a medium flame.

• Add 1 sliced tomato and cook for a few minutes.

• Add the meat/fish/vegetables and salt to taste, and enough water to make a sauce. Cook until tender.

Serve hot with Indian bread or rice and a selection of chutneys and pickles.

Ingredients: Ginger, Garlic, Sesame Oil, Turmeric, Coriander, Chillies, Acetic Acid, Poppy Seeds, Salt, Curry Leaves, Water.

Refrigerate after opening.
