Boondi Raita, a Yogurt based side dish is one of the popular Raitas in North India. Boondi is nothing but deep fried small balls of Gram Flour. This is a mild Raita liked by many kids as well. Boondi Raita can be served with any Paratha or even Rice item.

Ingredients:

Boondi - ½ Cup
 
 Salt to taste
 
 Yogurt - 1 Cup
 
 Cumin Powder - ½ tsp
 
 Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
 
 Coriander Leaves / Cilantro chopped for garnishing
 

Method:

• Beat the Yogurt until smooth in a bowl.

• To this add the Cumin Powder, Salt and Boondi and mix well.

• Garnish with Red Chilli Powder and Coriander / Cilantro Leaves.

• Serve chilled.
