Fantastic recipe idea for using up the leftover turkey from Christmas Day...

Serves:
4

Preparation Time:
5 mins

Cooking Time:
10 mins

Ingredients:
Leftover Turkey - 500g		  
  Mr Huda's Tikka paste - 2 tbsp
(Can also use: Mr Huda's Tandoori paste or Mr Huda's Kebab paste)
  
  Natural Yoghurt - 2 tbsp
  

Method:
• Shred the Turkey meat from the bone and place in a bowl

• Add the desired Paste with the Yoghurt and mix well

• Heat a small amount of oil in a pan and gently fry until warm all through

• Serve immediately with Salad, boiled New Potatoes and Mr Huda's Mint & Tamarind Sauce
