  Gram Flour - ¾ Cup
  Cumin Seeds - ½ tsp
  Ginger grated - 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves (Cilantro) chopped - 2 tsp
Green Chillies finely chopped - 1
  Oil for deep frying
  Salt to taste

  Green Chillies - 1
  Pinch of Asafoetida
  Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  Gram Flour - 1 tbsp
  Ginger grated- 1 inch
  Yogurt - 2 tbsp
  Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
Red chilli Powder - ½ tsp
  Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
  Salt to taste
Coriander Leaves (Cilantro) chopped for garnishing

"Dear Spices of India, This is my second order I have had from Spices of India. I am delighted with my order, delivered promptly & beautifully packed. The quality of Mr Huda's pastes is excellent & my husband & I have had curries even better than our Indian restaurants in St. Albans. Thank you."
