Grated Carrot - 1 cup
| ||Plain smooth Yogurt - 2 cups|| |
| ||Oil - 1 tbsp|| |
| ||Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp || |
| ||Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp || |
| ||Green Chillies chopped - 1 || |
| ||Salt to taste || |
| ||Finely chopped Cilantro (Coriander Leaves) for garnishing.|| |
• Place the Carrot in a bowl.
• Heat Oil in a pan; add Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds and Green Chillies. Add this tempering to the grated Carrot.
• Add the beaten Yogurt, Salt and mix well.
• Garnish with Cilantro (Coriander Leaves) and serve chilled.
