Cook mild, creamy Chicken Makhani curry at home with this carefully blended spice mix...
Serves:
4
Preparation Time:

Cooking Time:
20-30 mins
Ingredients:
400g chicken breast, cubed
1
Onion
, chopped
2 tbsps
Sunflower/Vegetable Oil
¼ tin
Chopped Tomatoes
Salt
to taste
Garlic
- 1½ tsp crushed
125ml Cream
Fresh Coriander
- handful
Curry Cuisine Chicken Makhani
- 1 Pack
Method:
• Place the
Oil
in a pan and heat. Add the
Onions
and cook until golden, on a medium heat.
• Add the
chopped Tomatoes
,
Curry Cuisine Chicken Makhani Spice Mix
, and
Garlic
. Stir. Cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes. The Masala will be ready when the
Oil
separates and appears on the surface.
• Add the Chicken to the Masala and stir. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or so until the Meat is seared and the Masala is mixed well with the Meat.
• Cook on a medium to low heat for 15 minutes until the Chicken is cooked.
• Add the Cream and the
Fresh Coriander
and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve with boiled
Basmati Rice
,
Naan Bread
or
chapattis
.
Chefs Tip:
Try another variation - use
Coconut Milk
instead of Cream and garnish with chopped
Almonds
.
