Chicken Chilli Miracle Masala - Chinese Made Easy!

• Cooks in 4-5 minutes

Chicken Pakora

Serves 3

• Mix 150g boneless chicken cubes with 1 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp corn flour, 3 tbsp water and salt to taste.
• Deep fry until golden brown and set aside.
• Add 2½ tsp Ching's Secret Chicken Chilli Miracle Masala to 1½ cups water and mix well.
• Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and and stir fry 1 cup diced vegetables (onion, pepper, carrot), 1 slit green chilli and the fried chicken for 2-3 minutes.
• Add masala mixture and stir well. Bring to boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes. • Serve hot, garnished with spring onion, and enjoy!
