Schezwan Stir Fry Sauce - Chinese made Easy!

Just add paneer, vegetables and water for a delicious Paneer Schezwan in minutes.

Paneer Schezwan

Serves 4 -5

4 tbsp Ching's Secret Schezwan Sauce
125g paneer, cubed
1 capsicum, diced
1 onion, diced
3 tbsp corn flour
¼ tsp sugar
1 cup water
Salt to taste
1 spring onion, chopped for garnish

• Coat cubed paneer in 2 tbsp corn flour, deep fry and set aside.
• Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok (or frying pan), add the vegetables and stir fry on high flame for 1 minute.
• Add water, Ching's Secret Schezwan Saucer and mix well, bring to boil and simmer for 1 minute.
• Add fried paneer and simmer for 1 more minute.
• Mix 1 tbsp corn flour with 4 tbsp water and add to thicken sauce.
• Add sugar and salt to taste, stir.
• Serve hot, garnished with spring onion, and enjoy!
