Ingredients: Choice Hojiblanca Whole Olives, Water, Salt, Acidity Regulator, Lactic Acid, Colour Stabiliser: Ferrous Gluconate.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once jar is opened, pour one teaspoon of vegetable oil into it. This will increase the storage time. Sterilised product.
