Couscous cooking instructions:
• Combine 1 part of the Couscous to 1 part of water with any flavouring such as stock.
• Bring the liquid and the Couscous together. When the mixture comes to the boil, turn off the heat immediately.
• Cover and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes. Plump up with a fork and serve.
Serve instead of rice with any cooked meat or vegetables or use as part of a salad.
