Bulgar - Pourgouri.

Semi-boiled wheat product.

Ingredients: Durum Wheat.

This product may contain traces of Nuts or Sesame Seeds.

This product contains gluten.

Cooking Instructions:

• Use 1 cup of Pourgouri to 2 cups of water. Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 15 to 20 minutes or until all the water has evaporated. You may flavour with chicken or beef stock.

Serving Suggestion: Pourgouri with Vermicelli:

Cook as above having added some Vermicelli which has been fried with some finely chopped onion until golden brown.
