Recipe suggestion to make delicious Chicken Korma (Serves 3-4):

1. Heat 1 jar of Nishaan Curry Base, 1 tsp Minced Ginger and 1 tsp Minced Garlic. Cook for 3 minutes on high heat and add 50ml water. Reduce heat and simmer for 2-minutes.

2. Add 500g cubed, boneless Chicken and increase to full heat. Cook on high heat for 5 minutes, stirring continuously, then add 30ml of Coconut Milk.

3. Reduce to low heat, add 3 tsp of East End Korma Masala Mix and cover the pot. Cook for 15-minutes on low heat until Chicken is tender.

4. Add 100ml of Single Cream and cook for 1-minute.

Garnish with Cashew Nuts and streaks of cream. Optional: Chopped Coriand leaves.

Serve on a bed of Basmati Rice, Naan Breads or Nishaan Chakki Roti.

Ingredients: Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Cinnamon, Onion Powder, Salt, Bay Leaves, Turmeric, Black Cardamoms, Clove, Green Cardamoms, Almonds, Garlic Powder, Ginger Powder, Star Anise.
