Recipe suggestion to make delicious Chicken Tikka Masala (Serves 3-4)
1. Heat one third jar of Nishaan Curry Base, 1tsp Minced Ginger, 1tsp Minced Garlic and 300gm Chopped Tomatoes. Cook on high for 5-minutes stirring continuously.
2. Add 1-tsp of East End Tikka Masala Mix, reduce heat and add 500g boneless chicken. Cook on low heat until the chicken is cooked stirring occasional.
3. Optionally, stir in 3-tbsp single cream and heat on low for 2-minutes.
Garnish with Coriander Leaves.
Serve on a bed of basmati rice or with naan breads.
