Ingredients: Kashmiri Chilli, Coriander, Turmeric, Salt, Mustard, Garlic, Dry Ginger.

Recipe Idea: Eastern Fish Curry

1kg Fish
50g Eastern Fish Masala
4 cups Water
2 tsp Coconut Oil
1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tbsp Ginger (finely chopped)
6 Green Chillies (or to taste)
6 Garlic Flakes
Salt to taste.
Curry Leaves

Preparation:

1) Heat the oil in a pan and add the Mustard Seeds, Ginger, Green Chillies, Garlic and Curry Leaves. Fry till the Mustard Seeds start popping.

2) Add Eastern Fish Masala and stir well. Add the Fish pieces and water and Salt.

3) Cook on a low flame until done.
