Ingredients: Coriander, Chilli, Salt, Black Pepper, Cumin, Fenugreek, Dry Ginger, Cardamom, Mustard, Cloves, Mace, Nutmeg, Citric Acid.

Recipe Idea: Eastern Tandoori Chicken.

1kg Chicken
4 tsps Ginger/Garlic Paste
4 tsps Eastern Tandoori Masala
6 tsps Yoghurt
Lime and Salt (as required)
¼ tsp Red Food Colour

Preparation:

1) Make fine slits in the Chicken pieces. Apply Lime and Salt and keep aside for 15-minutes.

2) Mix the Ginger/Garlic paste with Eastern Tandoori Masala, Yoghurt and Red Food Colour. Coat the Chicken pieces in this paste and Marinate for at least 2-hours.

3) Baste the Chicken pieces in melted Butter and grill till cooked.
