Biryani Pulao Masala - Everest - 200g

Recipe: Vegetable Biryani:

• Par boil 250g Basmati Rice.

• In 3 tbsp Oil, fry 3 sliced Onions with 1 tsp Garlic Paste and 1 stp Ginger Paste.

• Add 1 tsp Tomato Puree, ¼ tsp Everest Chilli Powder and ¼ tsp Everest Turmeric Powder.

• Cook till Oil seperates.

• Add ½ cup Yoghurt and 1½ tsp Everest Biryani Pulao Masala.

• Add 1½ cup cooked Vegetables like Green Peas, Cauliflower, Carrot and Salt.

• Grease Bowl, spread half the Rice, add layer of Vegetable, spread remaining Rice. Pour 2 tbsp ghee and ½ cup of Milk.

• Cover and cook in the Oven for 15-minutes or on the hob on a low flame.

Ingredients: Cumin, Cassia, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Clove, Nutmeg, Mace, Caraway, Chilli, Cassia Leaf, Dry Fenugreek Leaf (Kasuri Methi), Turmeric, Coriander, Black Cardamom.

Store in a dry place.
