Recipe Idea - Aloo Chaat:
• Boil, chop, fry 500g Potatoes till slightly golden. Put to one side.
• Add 2 tbsp Mint Chutney, 1 tbsp Lemon Juice, ½ piece Ginger (finely chopped), 1 chopped Green Chilli and Salt to taste. Mix well.
• Sprinkle 1 tbsp Everest Chaat Masala. Toss. Add chopped Coriander Leaves.
Ingredients: Rock Salt, Dry Mango, Cumin, Black Pepper, Mint Leaf, Dry Ginger, Black Salt, Chilli, Caraway, Clove, Nutmeg, Asafoetida, Pomegranate Seed, Kaachri, Coriander, Bishop's Weed, Long Pepper (Lindi Pepper).
Store in a dry place.
