Directions for use:
• Soak 100g white chickpeas overnight. Cook and keep aside.
• Heat 3 tbsp Oil, fry 2 chopped onions till Golden Brown.
• Add 1 tsp each of Everest Coriander, Everest Chilli Powder and Everest Chhole Masala. Fry for 3 minutes on a low flame.
• Add 1 chopped Tomoato, 3 split Green Chillies and ½ inch Ginger finely sliced. Add boiled Chickpeas, salt to taste and cook for 5-minutes.
For added flavour add ½ tsp Everest Chaat Masala and Everest Kasuri Methi.
Ingredients: Coriander, Dry Mango, Cumin, Cassia, Clove, Kaachri, Chilli, Black Pepper, Mint Leaf, Fennel Seed, Pomegranate Seed, Dry Ginger, Cassia Leaf, Common Salt, Black Salt, Nutmeg, Mace, Caraway, Black Cardamom, Cardamom Seed, Turmeric, Mustard, Bishop's Weed, Asafoetida, Tamarind.
Store in a dry place.
