Directions for use:

• Prepare the vegetable of your choice with usual spices in Ghee/Oil as you normally do.

• Add 1½ tsp Everest Garam Masala. Stir vegetables on a low flame for 5 minutes.

• Keep covered for at least 5 minutes so that the vegetables retains the flavour and aroma of Garam Masala

500g of or 1 litre of ready dal needs 1½ tsp Everest Garam Masala.

Ingredients: Coriander, Cumin, Black Pepper, Chilli, Cassia Leaf, assia, Clove, Black Cardamom, Star Anise, Fennel Seed, Dry Ginger, Triphala, Common Salt, Caraway.

Store in a dry place.
