Jaljira, a traditional drink, can act both as an appetiser or an effective digestive. A little Jaljira added to your favourite soft drink gives it a special flavour.

Directions for use:

• Add 1½ tsp Everest Jaljira Masala to 1 glass of Water.

• Add a squeeze of Lime and Salt to taste.

• Garnish with Fresh Mint Leaves, a slice of Lime or a few salted Boondhis.

• Serve chilled.

Ingredients: Common Salt, Cumin, Black Pepper, Mint Leaf, Dry Ginger, Chilli, Black Salt, Asafoetida, Citric Acid.

Store in a dry place.
