Everest Kitchen King Masala is ideal for Vegetable and Paneer dishes with a mild Curry.
Recipe Idea: Mutter Paneer:
• In 1 tbsp Oil, lightly fry 1 chopped Onion, 2 Green Chillies, 2 cloves of Garlic, 5 Cashew-Nuts, 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds, 1 tsp Everest Cumin, 1 tsp Everest Kasuri Methi and 1 inch chopped Ginger.
• Add ½ cup of Water. Keep for 30 minutes, grind to a smooth paste.
• Fry paste in 3 tbsp Butter Ghee for 3 minutes. Add 2 pureed Tomatoes, 1 tsp Everest Chilli Powder, 1 cup Peas. Cook until Ghee separates.
• Add ½ cup of Water and 250g fried Paneer. Cook for 5 minutes then serve.
Ingredients: Coriander, Cumin, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Garlic, Dry Ginger, Mace, Cardamom, Cardamom Seed, Bengal Gram, Black Gram, Nutmeg, Fenugreek, Poppy Seed, Chilli, Cassia, Clove, Caraway, Star Anise, Dry Fenugreek Leaf (Kasuri Methi), Common Salt, Asafoetida, Mustard, Black Cardamom.
