Recipe Idea: Meat Curry:
• To cook 500g Meat, grind 2 Onions to a fine paste, mix with 1 tsp Garlic Ginger Paste, Salt and 4 tbsp thick Yoghurt. Marinate clean and cut pieces with the mixture for at least 2 hours or overnight.
• Heat 4 tbsp Oil and fry 2 sliced Onions until crisp.
• Add marinated meat, 3 tsp Everest Meat Masala. Stir for 5 minutes. Add 2 cups Water and pressure cook for 10 minutes or until cooked.
Ingredients: Coriander, Chilli, Cumin, Black Pepper, Cassia, Cardamom, Clove, Cassia Leaf, Clove Leaf, Common Salt, Turmeric, Garlic, Fennel Seed, Mint Leaf, Dry Fenugreek Leaf (Kasuri Methi), Star Anise, Mustard, Dry Ginger, Bengal Gram.
Store in a dry place.
