Directions for use:

• Prepare the vegetable of your choice with usual spices in Ghee/Oil as you normally do.

• Add 1½ tsp Everest Royal Garam Masala. Stir vegetables on a low flame for 5 minutes.

• Keep covered for at least 5 minutes so that the vegetables retains the flavour and aroma of Garam Masala

500g of or 1 litre of ready dal needs 1½ tsp Everest Royal Garam Masala.

Ingredients: Black Pepper, Cumin, Black Cardamom, Cassia, Clove, Caraway, Cassia, Clove, Caraway, Mace, Clove Leaf, Cassia Leaf, Long Pepper (Lindi Pepper), Dry Ginger.

Store in a dry place.
