Recipe:

• Soak 100g Pidgeon Peas (Toover Dal / Arhar Dal) for 30 minutes.

• Boil it with peces of Drumstick, Brinjal, Pumpkin and Onions.

• Add 2 tbsp of thick Tamarind Juice, Everest Chilli Powder and Salt. Add 1 heaped tbsp of Everest Sambhar Masala

Bagha/Tadka:

• Heat 2 tsp Oil, add 1 Red Chilli, ¼ tsp Fenugreek, ½ tsp Mustard, 2 sprigs Curry Leaves, a pinch of Asafoetida.

• Add the Bagha/Tadka to the above mixture. Boil for 2 minutes.

Ingredients: Coriander, Cumin, Chilli, Bengal Gram, Black Gram, Pidgeon Pea (Toover Dal / Ahar Dal), Fenugreek, Rice, Common Salt, Curry Leaf, Tamarind, Turmeric, Cassia, Asafoetida.

Store in a dry place.
