Recipe Idea: Tandoori Chicken:
• With a sharp knife, make fine slits on pieces of Chicken Legs and Chicken Breast (1kg). Rub in Lime and Salt. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
• Mix 4 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 4 tsp Everest Tandoori Chicken Masala, 6 tbsp Thick Yoghurt and Salt. Marinate cut Chicken pieces with mixture for at least 2 hours or overnight.
• Aply 2 tsp melted Butter on the marinated Chicken and roast, or cook in a Tandoor Oven, until well done.
This Masala can also be used for other Tandoori preparations.
Ingredients: Coriander, Chilli, Cumin, Cassia, Clove, Pigeon Pea, Garlic, Common Salt, Black Pepper, Dry Ginger, Mustard, Black Cardamom, Poppy Seed, Turmeric, Star Anise, Nutmeg, Asafoetida, Triphala, Cassia Leaf.
Store in a dry place.
