Recipe Idea:
Masala Fried Fish
Ingredients:
1/2 kg Filleted Fish
100g Yoghurt
2-3 tsp Ferns' Garam Masala Paste (to taste)
1 tbsp Garlic & Ginger Paste
Salt to taste
Lemon Juice to taste
2 tbsps Chickpea Flour (Besan)
Oil for Frying
Method:
1. Cut fish into 1/2" thick slices. Mix all the remaining ingredients to make a marinade. Apply to fish and allow to marinate for at least 1-hour.
2. Dip fish in besan. Shallow fry the coated fish slices in a pan and serve hot.
