Fruit Chaat is nothing but eating variety of seasonal fruits in a chatpata form. This is generally served with Lunch as a Salad but can be eaten all by itself as a healthy snack item during anytime of the day. Its a great summer treat for kids! |

Ingredients: |
Oranges skin peeled and cubed - 2

Apple peeled and cubed - 1

Banana sliced into rounds - 1

Strawberries sliced - ½ Cup
|
|

Cucumber cubed - 1 Cup
|
|
| |
Pomegranate (Anah) - ½ Cup

Green Chillies finely chopped - 1 (Optional)

Coriander Leaves / Cilantro - 1 tbsp
|

Dressing
|

Ginger Juice - 1 tbsp
|

Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
|

Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder - ½ tsp
|

Sugar - 1 tbsp (Optional)

Salt - 1 tsp
|

Black Salt - ½ tsp

Black Pepper - ¼ tsp

Method: |
• Take a large bowl and place all the fruits along with Cucumber, Green Chillies and Cilantro. Keep this aside.
• Then in a small bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients together.
• Pour this over the fruits and serve. |
