Potato cubes in spicy curry.
A popular, spicy, potato curry cooked with varying spices in different regions of india. Traditionally eaten with 'Puris' for breakfast in Northern India. Alu Raswala is also delightful with naan, white or brown bread and rice. Compliment it with a piquant pickle & conclude the repast with a hearty Halwa!
To heat:
Stove top:
Immerse pouch in boiling water for 3-5minutes. remove, cut open, stir and serve.
Microwave oven:
Empty the contents of the pack in an oven bowl. cover and heat for 1-2 minutes. Stir and serve.
Tip:
Garnish with freshly chopped green coriander leaves.
