Kesar Kulfi Mix - Gits

A creamy frozen milk dessert with Almond, Pista, and Saffron.

Instructions for making Kulfi:

1) For 4 servings, mix the Kesar Kulfi Mix with 350ml milk and blend well.

2) Bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Simmer for 5 minutes.

3) Allow to cool and pour in to Kulfi moulds or ramekins. Place in the freezer to set.

Delicious on its own or served with 1-2 teaspoons falooda and rose syrup, to taste.

This product of India is 100% vegetarian, gluten free and is free from preservatives, artificial colours and flavours.

Ingredients:
Milk Solids, Sugar, Almonds, Pistachios, Starch, Cardamom Powder, Flavour, Saffron.

For traditional Kulfi shape, use the Kulfi moulds available from Spices of India.
