An authentic Indian dessert, traditionally served in earthern pots. Broken rice is soaked in milk and then cooked till the consistency is lightly firm.

Instructions for 5 servings:

• Blend the Phirni Mix with 500ml lukewarm milk and blend well.
• Bring to the boil, stirring continuously, then simmer for 5 minutes.

• Set in (earthenware) serving bowls. Allow to cool and serve chilled.

This product of India is 100% vegetarian, gluten free and is free from preservatives, and artificial colours.

Ingredients: Sugar, Basmati Rice, Milk Powder, Xantham Gum, Agar Agar, Cardamom, Nature Identical Flavours.
