This popular North Indian dessert is traditionally made by thickening milk in open pan. Rabdi can be enjoyed on its own or as a particularly delicious accompaniment to crisp Jilebies.

For 4 servings, mix the Rabdi Mix with 500ml lukewarm milk and blend well. Bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Simmer for 10 minutes. Allow to cool and serve chilled.

This product of India is 100% vegetarian, gluten free and is free from preservatives, artificial colours and flavours.
