This popular North Indian dessert is traditionally made by thickening milk in open pan. Rabdi can be enjoyed on its own or as a particularly delicious accompaniment to crisp Jilebies.

For 4 servings:

• Mix the Rabdi Mix with 500ml lukewarm milk and blend well.

• Bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Simmer for 10 minutes.

• Allow to cool and serve chilled.

This product of India is 100% vegetarian, gluten free and is free from preservatives, artificial colours and flavours.
