A must for all Chilli lovers, Hillboy is the very essence of a Gurkha meal and the ultimate Gurkha experience. Named after the soldiers who were traditionally recruited from the hills of Nepal, who would arrive at the recruiting station with a pot of this chilli condiment in their pockets!

Hillboy is made from crushed Chillies, Oil and Soy Sauce. Hot and distinctive with a smoky taste and crunchy texture, it is traditionally used to add fire to your curry.

Ingredients: Sunflower Oil, Dried Chillies (23%), Malt Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Garlic, Ginger, Salt.

Free from artificial additives and preservatives.

Suitable for vegetarians, vegans and coeliacs. Gluten free.

Allergens: May contain Celery. Prepared in an environment that uses Nuts.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened refrigerate and use within 6 weeks
