Packed with Spring Onions, Coriander and Cumin, Machha Gourmet Curry Sauce is traditionally eaten with Fish. However, the scarcity of Fish in Nepal means this dish is often reserved for special occasions. It is an outstanding, delicately flavoured sauce: perfect served with Fish or Prawns.

Cooking Instructions:
• Pour the sauce into a pan and add 500g diced Prawns or Fish.
• Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
• Serve hot with Rice, Naan Bread, Poppadoms and your favourite Ghurkha Achaar. For a hotter dish, add a little Hillboy or sprinkle with chopped, fresh green or red Chillies (optional, and to taste).
If using raw Prawns, fry in a little Olive Oil until pink, then add the sauce, bring to a simmer and serve.
Ingredients: Tomatoes, Onions, Water, Spring Onions (7.5%), Vinegar, Sunflower Oil, Spices (Mustard Seeds, Nepalese Garam Masalam, Cumin, Coriander, Chilli Powder, Turmeric) (2.2%), Garlic, Ginger, Sugar, Coriander (0.7%), Salt.
