Serves 3-4
Deliciously intense, seasoned with Nepalese Garam Masala and a hint of Chilli, Masu Gourmet Gurkha Curry Sauce is best served with Lamb or other red Meat, or for a really authentic experience try this with Mutton or Goat. It is recommended that you reduce this sauce as far as possible to get a really authentic curry that is almost dry.

Cooking Instructions:
• Fry 500g diced Lamb or other meat until as browned as possible. Drain excess fat. Add sauce.
• Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Alternatively, cook for longer to reduce the sauce as much as possible for a more authentic Gurkha taste.
• Serve hot with Rice, Naan Bread, Poppadoms and your favourite Ghurkha Achar. For a hotter dish, add a little Hillboy or sprinkle with chopped, fresh green or red Chillies (optional, and to taste).
If using raw Prawns, fry in a little Olive Oil until pink, then add the sauce, bring to a simmer and serve.
