Prawn Flavoured Balichow - Ferns

Ferns' Prawn Flavoured Balichow is an all-time favourite.

It is highly flavoured and so extremely versatile. Use as an accompaniment to add zing to your meals, or pep up snacks and sandwiches.

Snack Ideas:

Mix 1 part Ferns' Prawn Flavoured Balichow with 2 parts butter. Spread on savoury biscuits or squares of toast. Sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves.

Mix 1 part Ferns' Prawn Flavoured Balichow with 3 parts mayonnaise. Use as a sauce or dip.

Butter a slice of bread. Spread with a thin layer of Balichow. Cover this with another layer of seasoned mash potato. Grate cheese over it. Cut into squares or triangles and grill till cheese melts and bread becomes slightly crisp.
