Gulab Jamun Mix - Gits

Available in 100g and 500g pack sizes.

An exotic Indian sweet made from milk solids. Fried golden brown and immersed in clear sugar syrup.

Instructions (100g pack):

1. Add in parts 50-60ml (1fl.oz) water to the Gulab Jamun mix, kneading into a soft and smooth dough.

2. Apply Ghee/Oil onto both palms and then shape into 20 round and smooth jamuns without cracks from the dough.

3. Deep fry in Ghee/Oil on medium to low heat until golden brown. Drain excess oil.

4. Soak jamuns in hot sugar syrup for 30 minutes.

Ingredients : Wheat flour, Skimmed milk powder, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Rasing Agents (Citirc Acid, Sodium Bicarbonate) and Permitted Anti-oxidant E320
