Kulfi Mix - Pistachio - Laziza - 152g

Traditional ice cream mix with pistachio.

Instructions for making Kulfi:

1) Heat 1 litre of fresh milk until just below boiling point, then stir in the Laziza Kulfi mix.

2) Continue to cook on a medium flame for 15-20 minutes until the mixture thickens, stirring at intervals.

3) Allow to cool. Stir thoroughly and pour the mixture into Kulfi moulds or a suitable bowl and deep freeze.

To serve, remove from the freezer and allow to soften before turning out of moulds/dish.

For an even more delicious ice cream, add 200mls cream to the cooled mixture and blend well before freezing.

Sugar, modified starch, dextrose, pistachio, vegetable fat, carbohydrates, natural pistachio flavouring, food colours E102 & E133.

For traditional Kulfi shape, use the Kulfi moulds available from Spices of India.
